The Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Vilnius represented our country with a comprehensive promotional stand and vibrant cultural performances at the International Cultural Event held today at the American International School of Vilnius (AISV).

As part of the event, our stand offered visitors exquisite examples of Turkish cuisine, including traditional desserts, various types of börek, and local delicacies. Turkish coffee, traditional copper pots (cezve), handmade ceramics, and cultural motifs attracted significant interest. Throughout the day, the stand saw a high volume of visitors, including students, parents, and participants from various countries.

In the opening segment of the program, the Turkish flag was proudly carried by students during the parade of nations. Furthermore, the Turkish folk dance performances showcased at the event venue received great acclaim from the audience. The stage performance by youth in traditional costumes impressively reflected Türkiye’s cultural diversity and folkloric richness.

The promotional area prepared by our Embassy also featured visuals of Turkish architecture, handicrafts, cultural symbols, and glimpses of traditional life, providing visitors with extensive information regarding the historical and cultural fabric of Türkiye.

We would like to extend our gratitude to the AISV administration, teachers, and volunteers who contributed to the organization of this event, as well as to all participants who showed interest in our stand. We are delighted to share Türkiye’s cultural heritage in such an international environment.
